Mileage Reporting Week 22 (May 28 - Jun 3)

5.6km Tuesday morning for me and another 7.2km first thing today. Both good runs. Lots of other runners around & dog walkers too. Temperature's really comfortable for running at the moment -so all good here...

Missed Tuesdays run.
Thursday we did a 5 mile run.
Today we did a great 8 mile run at 6:00 am, 80 deg f..
We spotted 1 opossum, 2 Mississippi Kites, one red tail hawk and lots of rabbits and squirrels.

9.8km on Saturday morning to wrap up the week.
Nice steady pace and finished off with a walk back to where the car was parked. Good dry conditions, and very still -no wind at all (almost eerily so....).
Looked like they were setting up some sort of obstacle course for a fun run later in the day along the route I took -glad I got out before that!...
