Nice steady 7.75km to start off the week. Lovely warm weather here right now, so I’m certainly not envious of all those other runners I see on my run wearing the latest tech shoes. -just makes me think how uncomfortably hot their feet must be....
Boulder and I ran 6 miles Tuesday at 5:00 am. We heard a screech owl right out of the gate. We spotted lots of rabbits. It was 66 deg. f. . On the last mile we got a very nice mist.
7.25km this morning. Nice & early (well for me anyway) -lots & lots of little goslings on route today & just a couple of other runners & dog walkers out...
Nice run -felt good today...
We went for, a 8 mile run at 6:00 am. It was 70 deg. f. with a great sunrise. We spotted rabbits, squirrels, ducks, hawks, wood pecker and lots of other birds. Really nice outing!
