Boulder and I had a nice 5 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am.
We went a different path than normal.
I still have not spotted the moon (it was slightly overcast).
    We are still seeing rabbits.

    Feet are good!
    Legs are good!

5 mile run for me too, squeezed it in quick after work last night thanks to the longer days. Legs were still a bit stiff from the longer/faster run Sunday then sitting in a chair all day at work for two 12's. So I just did a nice easy pace.

Just over 7.5km for me this morning as the sun came up on a bright Spring day.
Still a bit chilly first thing in the morning, but a pretty good temperature for running.
Quite a few other runners out today too -so lots of 'hello's exchanged.
Got a bit of a tweak behind the right knee this time out. Not sure what it is, but it is a bit stiff now, so probably going to have to rest it for a few days I think...

Ran 3 3's this week (total 9 miles). Was so busy Saturday I really didn't have time to run (that's what I was telling myself anyway) and started out thinking I would just do a quick 2 miles and get on with my day. The thing I have found though since running barefoot, once I start I want to keep going. That usually didn't happen with shoes.
I am now 4 1/2 months into running barefoot now and am ready to start increasing the mileage. Happy trails!

Got a long run in Sunday with Yvonne, 13 miles, plus .85 walk afterward. That puts me at 29.5 total for the week. Beautiful weather this weekend blue skies and shorts weather. I did the 13 today with no water, that's not going to work much longer now we are hitting 70+ F. I was parched. Might have to order a new hydration vest.
