Mileage Reporting Week 13 (March 29 - April 4)

Last week Boulder and I did 3 runs (2-3 mile runs and 1-4 mile run) work was brutal so not much extra time!
We went for a 5 mile run today. There was a very cool moon out. It was 60 deg. f. with a slight wind. Really great outing!!

We did a 3 mile run this morning (Thursday). It was 45 deg.f. with no wind. The skies were clear and the moon was still awesome.

6.5km and 8.5km so far this week..
Both good runs-definitely getting busier now. More other runners than I’ve seen in a while..

Another 7km this morning.. Weather’s a bit fresh again, but they’ve started cutting the grass around the pathways now we’re into Spring -so lots of fresh cuttings strewn across my route: very soft!...

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run today at 6:00 am. It was 45 deg. f. with no wind. We spotted lots of rabbits. really great out!

4.2 miles on Tuesday and 5.5 miles today ( Saturday ). Both days were nice Spring days in the 50's. Starting to see just a hint of green in some of the undergrowth in the woods. Probably in another week or two I will be contending with a lot of cottonwood leaf casings on the ground which are coated with tree sap. I use mayonnaise to help get the carpet of casings off my feet, but it is really labor intensive.

Boulder and I did a 8 mile Easter run today at 6:00 am. It was 60 deg. f. with south winds. We spotted lots of bunnies, 2 ducks, lots of squirrel and 1 big hawk.
Really great outing!!

14km on Sunday morning. Bit of a cold day here and the run was a little tough towards the end -just the last km seemed hard work for some reason. Just one of those days I guess...
