Mileage Reporting Week 12 (Mar 19 - Mar 25)

Boulder and I had a nice run Tuesday morning at 4:45 am.
We only spotted rabbits.
It was 48 deg. f. with pretty strong wind.

Sweet 3 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am.
lots of stars and lots of rabbits.

6.55 mi (4 sessions) skin to ground after having laid off for about 4 years. A little sore, but doing good!

Boulder and I did 10 miles this morning at 6:00 am, 65 Deg. f. 68 % Rh.
We spotted lots of ducks, big flocks of cedar wax wings, 1 goose, lots of squirrels and rabbits.
We heard one goose, one rooster and lots of different kinds of birds.
Very nice.

Back out on the local parkrun circuit this weekend. So just 5km for me. It was a rainy day, so a bit wet and muddy underfoot in places. Not too cold though & a pretty good run.
The weather's starting to pick up now, so hopefully I can come out of the gym and get some more weekday runs in fairly soon...
