Mileage Reporting Week 11 (Mar 14 - Mar 20)

7.5km to start off the week. Nice bright morning with quite a few other runners about. Did a slightly faster pace than usual and all went well!…

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 5:00 am. We are still doing the country road. The moon was full and large with lots of stars.

We did a 3 mile run today (Saturday) at 5:00 am. It was 33 deg. f. with no wind. The skies were clear so, lots of stars and a full moon. I spotted one unexpected shooting star. We also heard one barred owl.
Great outing!

2.3 miles this morning in wet Springlike conditions. First continuous run in 6 weeks as I continue to rehab a strained hamstring. I have been doing a lot of walking with short running distances sprinkled in. Will try to slowly up my running distance in the coming 4-6 weeks.

Boulder and I did a sweet 6 mile run today (Sunday). It was 7:30 am, 50 deg. f. with no wind and clear skies. The big full moon was still in site simultaneously with a beautiful sunrise. We heard lots of woodpeckers and a multitude of other birds. We spotted cows, horses, geese, ducks, buzzards, heron, cedar wax wings and lots of other birds.
Really great outing!!
