The Race

The Bangkok Barefoot Run is a family friendly, playful event that involves running, fast, slow or intermittent: walking, with or without shoes, and enjoying nature and the great feeling of freedom while moving and being active!
The event worries neither on time nor placing.
This event leads up by seminars on barefoot running and technique as well as a practical workshop on barefoot running.

Who Can Join?

Young and old; anyone with an interest in running and reconnecting with nature. Runners plagued with injuries and those who want to improve their running techniques.
Where?

The even take place at Lumpini park (to 2.5 and 5 km). The track goes different from just the outside loop to introduce variety and change to routines.
How Barefoot?

As barefoot as you want! As our first race, we welcome everyone in any type of shoe gear: Full traditional sport-shoes, minimalist, or only feet and toes!
