Hey everyone, I'm brand new to these forums. I just finished my first half marathon yesterday. I was wondering if anyone else ran it and what their experience was like. I know that I saw a couple of others running barefoot so I figured that I would just throw it out there to see what other's experiences were like.
As for me it was pretty brutal. I basically did not train at far enough distances or on equivalent surfaces (the roads in Santa Monica on Venice Blvd are pretty brutal in my opinion).
