I only ever drink water, coffee, or tea, so my water intake was already good. It took about 3 months for everything to stabilize, where I was to the point where I wasn't losing any more weight. I pretty much eat exactly what I need to fuel my day, and will start slowly gaining if I increase my calorie intake at all, or start losing if I decrease it.
It takes more planning now, if I am going to be busy I might toss some walnuts on my morning cereal and have some toast in addition to that. It is actually kind of neat how much I can "fiddle" with it now that I have it all under control.
