OUCH!  I went trail running

OUCH! I went trail running with Mokie and the crew, and I had all sorts of bruises on the bottoms of my feet when I got home. I didn't even notice it during the run. Bliss!

Sounds like a great race! I hate when rocks catch me in the arch. Only thing worse are sweet gum balls, EEK!

Ya, I didn't notice it until

Ya, I didn't notice it until I was washing my feet and it wouldn't come off. I thought it was just oil. I remmember when it happened but it was an ouch, then I moved on.

Noticed another one on my right foot. Rocky trail!
