I am back!

Well back to work but not to running.
Just an update...
Foot surgery went well, foot a little sore still but glad that I am up and about.
I might introduce running on a week or so-can't wait!

When did you have your surgery, Ms. Dama? They removed something from the top of your foot, right? A good prognosis for you? Get well soon. Glad you're back with us!

TJ, I had the surgery(exostosis) seven weeks ago and although the Pod told me that I could start running three weeks ago I have not done it yet because well the foot still swells quite a bit and still sore.
The area where the bone was removed feels really good is the tendons/ligaments that are very sore still and half of my foot towards the toes still numb but getting better.
So there is hope.

I'm sure you will be just fine. It's just taking longer than expected...just like me.
