I was one of the lucky individuals to win a Hoo-Rag. I chose the Groovy-Hoo. My first impression was that the material was very thin and I was unsure how well this would hold up. When I first took it out of the package, I began to play with the different ways to wear it. I discovered that for warm weather (as warm as it gets in December in Tennessee), it worked best as being worn as a headband. In the colder weather we've had, I wore it as either a Balaclava (Why do I want to say Baklava? I think I am subconsciously hungry) or I stretch the headband out to cover my ears. I was even able to wear this while in Chicago. I altered the Hoo-Rag by knotting the end and wore it as a normal winter hat.

The only downside to the Hoo-Rag that I foresee is that I do not believe it would work well in weather colder than our mild Tennessee winters. I think it would be cool if they could come up with a way to make the Hoo-Rag out of fleece.
