I did ny first bfr when the Barefoot Runners of NY held their 2nd annual event earlier this year. It was totally uplifting running with Barefoot Ted and the Vivobarefoot coaches. The day before I had the privilege to interview Lee Saxby who was in town for the Barefoot Runners of NY convention and the run on Governor's Island, NY.
