Hi!
I'm glad to join the BRS and have the opportunity to share experiences with other passionate barefooters
I started short barefoot runs few months ago while transitioning to zero drop shoes, but I'm now transitioning to full barefoot after I have discovered inspiring barefooters like Ken Bob Saxton and Barefoot Ted.

Thank you for all the good pieces of advice you share with the community on this forum!
