Well I have just recently found these forums here...and running unshod actually. I posted on Runners World before I found this site, and I actually see a few familiar names lurking around here as well. I am new to minimalist/barefooting and looking forward to meeting, talking to, sharing ideas and such with like minded runners.
I ran a bit back in the Marine Corps days, didn't stick with it and got quite out of shape. Not long ago (bout a year and a half or so) I quit smoking and got my wind back, starting walking again and then started moving faster. Now I remember the joys of running and of being able to!
Doesn't seem to be very many Missouri barefooters around here, well maybe I can start a trend, anyway thanks for reading and keep on keepin on!
