I'm struggling with a decision. I will be running this afternoon. It should be a gorgeous day out there. I'd like to do a longer run ("long" for me is about 3 miles. ugh), but my soles just aren't comfortable with more than about a mile barefoot at this point. So do I "cheat" and just wear the VFFs to buy me some miles, or tough it out and stick with true barefoot?
(I started BFR last August, but between injuries and Raynaud's in my toes, I basically took the entire winter away from running. Just bought the VFFs last month)
