Hello everyone. I'm new to running in general, and working on starting out the right way. I currently use VFFs but hoping once the weather gets warmer I can transition to barefoot. Looking foward to learning and reading!
Welcome aboard, Spirit. My best early advice is to build slowly and steadily, easing off anytime something hurts worryingly or just doesn't feel right. Come back here, throw out any problems, and you'll have access to a wealth of experience from the folks here who are glad to share their experiences with others. Especially when it's to help avoid injury en route to a successful barefoot/minimal running career. Glad you've joined us.
