Hello, Zach here. Been around the site for a couple months off and on, but never managed to introduce myself.
Come this December, I will have been BF two years, with no intention of going back. Currently preparing (kind of) for my first marathon this November down in Savannah, GA. Have a long way to go with a short time to get there. Should be fun. Not so much into running for the speed anymore like I was in HS, but now I really enjoy the meditation-like results a quality run exudes. Being fast is fine as long as it make the body feel good in the process.
Anyway, look forward to meeting some of you BF runners at upcoming runs, as well as learning from everyone as they post their experiences here. Thanks for sharing.
