Gravel sucks!

Gravel is good for teaching us how to run gently (per Barefoot Ken Bob, and he's right). You can get used to it over time. I could handle that stuff, but the hard gravel is difficult.

I don't mind that level of gravel. It is the much bigger gravel that is tougher. I actually love walking in the snow.
See I'm the opposite. Bigger gravel (even when sharp) doesn't bother me as much as the tiny stuff that sticks in the callouses... I don't wear shoes because of my tactile hypersensitivity. I tread on broken glass better than tiny gravel. 😅

I understand from Tyler Leech of the Barefoot Autism Challenge that people with autism have sensory issues. Do you find that's the case for you as well?
