Exercises for knee & ankle stability

Nice video up there ^^

I think barefoot walking/running takes care of ankle strength pretty well w/o any extra exercises, but the quads support the knees and really need to be worked on separately.

@Pes Planus - I'm wondering ... who were you rooting for last night? :D

I thought this too, but, even though I do trail running -which you would think would really strengthen my ankles/knees- there are certain muscles that just don't get exercised. I have decided I am going to start doing these, cuz it's a movement that does not happen often, so therefore will increase strength in my ankles/knees in different ways.
