Coeur d'Alene Idaho Running info

Hi all, Are there any CdA runners here? How about people who have been running in North Idaho. I need some information about surface conditions. I am hoping to do Ironman CdA next june barefoot. I used to live there, but I was not a barefooter at the time and don't remember what the pavement was like.

Can anyone let me know if there are any really rough sections. I am ok with most surfaces short of chip seal. But I am worried about showing up and getting surprised at the end of a very long day.

I took the liberty of posting your message in the Idaho Chapter as you. There are only 15 members there, but you never know. I figured posting through the chapter was the only way you would have a chance for a response, since we never hear much from our Idahoan brothers and sisters, and since they don't get many posts, I figured they wouldn't consider it spamming.
