Cashew Butter

Thinking of switching to cashew butter. (organic preferably) Any brands you like?

I like the brand that isn't expensive, which I expect there isn't one, so I have never eaten the stuff.

Cashews are pricey enough without making butter out of them. Then again, they're practically butter already in their original form.

Go to your local hippie store (health food store coop or whatever). They usually grind up all kinds of nut butters fresh. Best that way.
