BF Running Info

Like all of you I've been asked numerous times about why I run BF. Thanks to my pic in this weekend's race being on my Facebook page, this morning I've had two requests for info. I don't want to bore anyone or lose their attention.

Do any of you have an preference of a single webpage or short article about BF running and it's advantages?

zumba and all, i've upgraded that page. the new link for the library is http://www.barefootrunners.org/build2/story/barefoot-running-library. It''s got a short and sweet 1-page summary, and then separate sub pages for lots and lots of references. I'll be adding new references all this week, but the summary is good now.
