Now - that said, in another thread someone mentioned they did before and after weight loss pics to show how different they look. Would anyone be comfortable sharing them for inspiration for all of us fighting the endless battle?
I'll start: On the left is me in December 2008. I'll guess I was weighing 255 to 260. You'll note that the moobies are noticeable through the shirt. On the right was Thanksgiving Day 2012, between 205 and 210. This was achieved through the revolutionary four-syllable weight-loss method: Eat less, move more.
Edit: You'll also notice that I have more gray on the starboard flank, which matches the port flank, not seen here.
