After just under 6 months barefoot running I have ran a half marathon barefoot. Boom!
One thing which slowed me down in the half marathon was when the ground felt rough.
The experts recommend practicing running on gravel. I want to do this. At the moment I can walk on a gravelly, stony path but I can't seem to manage running on gravel.
Does anyone have any experience or advice on how to run on gravel and how to run fast barefoot.
There are several videos on youtube of people running barefoot on gravel but none of these give any advice on how to do it - they just show someone running.
Any advice?
