My son running a kiddie race this morning. He's so happy....

And here's me finishing the 5 miler. just about 39 minutes flat.

Seriously. You ran 5 miles on that rubber track? How did that feel? Did it get hot? Was there a lot of friction? Was it bouncy?

Man, last time I ran on a rubber and cushioned track it killed my feet. That was the first time I ever got blisters from running barefoot.

It was just the start and finish on the track, there was about a mile of crushed gravel then all roads in beautiful Lewes, DE.

Even with less than 800 meters total on the track I still have problems getting the blue off my feet!

Now I just waiting for the sun to go down some so I can go for a run.
