You ran 5 miles on that rubber track? How did that feel? Did it get hot? Was there a lot of friction? Was it bouncy?

The Ramzev Chapter Presidents Jun 14, 2010 1,176 634 113 Milford, DE May 27, 2012 #9 May 27, 2012 #9 It was just the start and finish on the track, there was about a mile of crushed gravel then all roads in beautiful Lewes, DE. Even with less than 800 meters total on the track I still have problems getting the blue off my feet! Now I just waiting for the sun to go down some so I can go for a run.
