Hey chaser this is William. I've only done village creek state park. I can walk those trails but they were harsh on my feet when I tried to run it. I think because normally I just run barefoot at the Hike and Bike trail in Beaumont on smooth concrete. I've done some harsher stuff during races but my speed ends up slowing down dramatically. You should come do the SRS summer run series when you have a chance so I don't look like the only weird guy running sans shoes.
