Barefoot Runner from Holland

Hello everyone,

This week I register myself for this great site!

I was almost a member of the BRS on facebook, but not here.

My name is Jop, 27 years and lives in Wageningen, Holland.
I'm running now for 6 years and since 2011 I run barefoot or on Vibram Five Fingers.

I'm a fanatic ultra (trail) runner. I really like to run long distances on the trails.
How heavier the trails, how better for me!

Hello Jop,

Greetings from Oldenburg, Germany.
How is the landscape around Wageningen.
Is it hard to find some demanding trails ?
Here near the North Sea everything is so flat and the
only challenge is sharp gravel.

Welcome! I just met a young man from Holland in Taipei last week. My husband and I went hiking with him and his girlfriend up Elephant Mountain just east of Taipei.
