Hey Barefoot Ted,

Thank you for sharing...!!! Your story is VERYinspiring!

I am interested, too, in your training ideas, as I think Iover-trained this year for the 50 mile ultramarathon I just finished... Last year - for the same race- I had much less training and did much better.... Of course, numerous other variables should be taken into account.

More importantly, I also like what you said about ENJOYING your runs and running with GRACE.

I was thinking, of this, actually, though the gruelling later miles of the North Country Trail Run 50. I know I need to re-adjust my focus...

Thank you, again, and as I learned from this past race too... sometimes a little something on one's feet can be of great assistance (I have some bad bruises and soreness from 13.4 miles barefoot, 12 miles in Vibram FF KSOs, and 25 miles in New Balance Minimus-Wellness)...

I will be looking to order some of your Luna Sandals SOON. After getting my paws on Last Place Jason's a few weeks ago, I think they will be "just right" for certain situations..

Iwish you well, eh?!
