Anton Krupicka's view on the simplicity of running.

I think you can also use the technology and still run in the same manner he speaks of. I nearly always have my garmin on me but it is mostly for curiousities sake. I run till I don't want to any more and then I go home. I run however fast I feel like at the moment. But I get curious as to how fast that is. I'd like to know how far I go and how fast I'm going sometimes. I haven't hooked it up to the computer in probably a year and I've never used any of its workout things except for entertainment when I was bored, but it is nice to have around. I even throw it on when I go hiking with friends on occasion just to get an idea for distance.

Well and of course I listen to music, but I have a tiny little nothing mp3 player. My hair or clothing weighs significantly more than that player and it clips on so easily it never gets in the way, so its not as if its a big deal to have on me.
