Ankle pain....what to do.

Beth, thanks for thinking of me. I have been attached to my tennis ball. I really felt almost 100% the next day. I tested out by going on a .59 mile run and then taking another day off. Everything seemed pretty good so I went on a 4 mile run yesterday.

I think I had just stressed the tendon by running funny the other day and by giving it rest and working it out really helped. I think if I had kept running on it I would have ended up with a real injury.
