I was walking the dogs in the woods today and met a lovely lady doing the same. The dog's seemed to get on so we got chatting.
She was fascinated by barefoot and we spent a good 30 mins talking about it. She was really cool about the idea and actually took her hiking boots and socks off, walking for about 5 mins on autumn leaves.
We are meeting up again tomorrow in a slightly less technical area and she is planning to do about 30 mins barefoot. It's the 1st time this has happened to me and I am really pleased about it.
The coolest thing is that Mrs Dog totally understands... Lol!
