    I usually use thermal toe socks if the temperature gets to 3C or below. Last Monday thought it was 4-5 C when I went for my 5am run, so just went b/f of course - only to get home and check weather and realise I'd been out for an hour running barefoot at 1C! Did it twice again last week and again...
