Accidental Record

I usually use thermal toe socks if the temperature gets to 3C or below. Last Monday thought it was 4-5 C when I went for my 5am run, so just went b/f of course - only to get home and check weather and realise I'd been out for an hour running barefoot at 1C!
Did it twice again last week and again this morning (0-1C in London at 5am).
Didn't want to post until I was sure it was a record broken and not just a one-off occurence.
Very pleased - even after 30 years b/f running its good to know 'old dogs can learn new tricks!'
