    I would say walking/jogging I would say walking/jogging is more your option. I started just a few days ago and find my feet are extremely weak from wearing shoes. I'm sure someone else with more experience will be able to give you advice better than me though.

    Did a 1 mile walk/run today. Did a 1 mile walk/run today. Did it pretty well I think. Did 400m walk on cement, 400m walk on gravel, 400m run on gravel, and 400m run on cement. Total time was 16:33. I'm thinking of doing a full mile run tomorrow BF. I have to do 6X400m in shoes tomorrow...

    I have no current BF PR's, I have no current BF PR's, however with shoes my times are: 2:08 in the 800m, 4:41 in the 1600m, 10:03 in the 3200m, and 16:23 in the 5K for Cross Country.

    I would suggest that if your I would suggest that if your achilles is hurting something may be wrong. I'm not sure what it is as I'm still new to this whole thing as well, but I do know that if you injure your achilles it could go down hill fast.
