I ran 7 total miles this week, 1.5 of which were trails, and walked 2 miles this week. I actually think I may like trail running better, and may just primarily start doing that. I havehad a bit of an issue with an over-streched feeling in my arch while running this week, but if I slow downwhen that starts up, then it goes away. TodayI somehow squished the inside of my toe, which really hurt, it burned! At least it was toward the end of my run/walk and I onlyrun every other day so that's plenty of time for it to recover. My VFF are really stretching out andI am still contemplating if I want to buy another pair, or try something new.
