slowrider takes to bare feet like white on rice...like a duck to water....like preperation H to...

Good day to all. Slowrider is comin' along with the newbie training. slowrider expresses his grattitude to each and ever last one a ya all... up to around 2 miles, pacin' it out slowly so's to not tear up the tendons, bones, ligaments, etc... after years of doing this wrong, off and on, giving up, trying again, i finally started to think about taking some advice.

so THANK YOU. the hard headed slowride is comin' on strong. I kept thinking to totally land only on the balls of my feet, and could never figure out why i am injured. ( FOR YEARS of injuries)

last night i ran out for a 2 miler , no pain , no injury, right back to work ( lunch hour ) and big smile on me face.

the enjoyment of the journey is much more than fun. the excitement and motivation are at an all time high. ( psychonaut, being my most favorite hobby ).

Back to work today, incorporating "cali's" (aka: " burpees " ) to intermix with physical training. No certain schedules, no special dietary, got lots of weight to drop, just gonna relax and have some fun, used to be previous hiker, flat footed, 230 lbs, and feel like i got the world by the balls.

barefooting for the last 4 months has really helped. i slip off the minimalist shoes at work, and just walk around barefoot. no one has busted me yet for this, and it is absolute freedom.

i am connected to the earth, increased connectedness to mind and body, and i trippin' in the star lite fandango.
