Revise!

I decided I don't run enough, nor want to run enough, to do trail running.I really don't want to run more than 10 miles a week - which I have noticed seems to be the minimum weekly mileagetrail-runners do.I love the woods, but I think I am going to leave it for hiking. Also, I would rather ensure my form is a close to perfect as possible, and the volatility of trail running is not very conducive to that, especially when running in rainy Oregon (when trails are muddy in the summer). Not to mention, I AM NOT goingto fall on my butt, or face, or hip -so I hadbetter stay away from mud.

So I am making some minor revisions to my summer goals.

#1.) Avoid injury

#2.) Pavement running only

#3.) 5 -10 miles a week, broken up, however.

What's funny is since I have been barefoot running I have completely forgotten that other aerobic exercises exist. Like hiking, walking, swimming, etc. Dehr. Gotta do more of that.
