Last week I got in 25 miles
Last week I got in 25 miles (new PR), full barefoot, and 75 miles barefoot (again PR, it's nice to be a beginner!) for the month of September. 4 miles every day Mon-Fri, and 5 miles Sat. Felt great. I'm taking a few days off and attempting a 10 miler Wednesday morning. Getting a lot colder here in Ohio, I might switch over to aqua socks, I don't like going back and forth between bare and something else. Good job everyone!
