Scored a pair of Vibram sprints there were on sale for $50 at this local sports outlet (they are not knock offs), great price so I couldn't resist, plus I am still in search for a winter shoe, I think I found it.
I do have a pair of KSO's that I bought a few years ago. I have a size 43 in the KSO's, and bought a size 43 in the sprints. The sprints have a total overall better fit, much tighter, my pinky toe actually fits nicely in there. I guess I bought my KSO's too big or they just have stretched. But overall the fit of the sprints is superior over the KSO's. It is nice not to have that useless material on top. I know a few people that run in the snow all winter in Sprints, and say they are a better snow shoe than the KSO's. Something about having the top of the foot exposed helps with the overall heating of the foot.
