Companies claim things that aren't true all the time, it's called Marketing. Almost every company that sells something could be sued. Think of vitamins, alternative therapies, washing powder manufacturers (my clothes never come out as sparkling white as the do on the TV). Only the most naive of people would believe something that a comes out a marketing department of a company. All sounds like a big waste of time and money. I could only imagine suing Vibram if the shoes burst into flames while I was running!
