Today was my first free run. No shoes! I have been experimenting this summer with parts of my training without shoes, but today I ran the whole 12,5 without my Zems.i have the impression I got to know my regular training par ours in a particular way. asphalt, sand, a little gravel, a bit of forest paths and just plain roads. Then you get to chose: the sidewalk or the road, depending of the surface...
What a feeling of freedom!
As I have mentioned before, I am considering running my first race barefoot on September 21 (16 km). Considering how it went today, I imagine it will be ok....just have to watch for all the other shoed feet of my co-runners, hahahaha! ;-)
