Has anyone read this book by Mark Sisson? What are your thoughts? He does promote barefootedness. I am incorporating his diet, and I must say I have much better control over my appetite.
It's not bad, especially for the mostly sedentary. That's his target market. Athletes in training probably need more carbs, more cardio, and more weight work than he recommends ... YMMV
I just recently read his book "Primal Endurance". I have to keep my carbs low to regulate my sugars anyway, so works for me! It's also where I learned all of the advantages to barefoot running!
