My grandmother never had a filter. When I was about 4 years old she pointed at me and said, "You're getting fat! I bet you can't even see your toes over your belly any more!" Yes, I got my body image screwed at an early age. However, many years later, she was driving cross-country with my cousins. She backed out of a hotel parking space one morning into another parked car. She was heard to exclaim, "That wasn't there last night!"
