Yes, I know people can choose to open a new window when clicking on a link, but not everyone knows to do this and not everyone thinks to do this, so is there a way to enable an option for opening a link in a new window? I am always needing to use that feature when I am adding links to the pages I create for the site.

My foot is no longer nice and wide but narrow and cramped in shoes they hide. No longer are my feet healthy and free but diseased and sick, they bother me.
