Sneaked out for an early evening run in the sunshine yesterday (yes the sun's back, hoorah!...)
So 7.35km done around the lake a couple of times.
I've noticed that the people you run past in the evening are very different to those I generally pass on morning runs. Mornings are probably 90% other runners/exercisers, most of whom are happy to say hello, etc... Evenings however tend to be probably 60% 'general public' walking at the end of the day, most of whom seem to satisfy themselves with giving you a funny look, but not saying hello etc...
Just an observation (we're a funny species aren't we...).
Good run & looking forward to the next already...
