Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Tuesday at 5:30 am we spotted some stars and the weather was nice out. great outing.
Sometimes I think you just get days that feel different and you have absolutely no idea why! It's probably down to very minor changes in form, or that you are slightly more, or less, relaxed than before... All excellent experience though!Monday - usual tiny barefoot run around the block. This one was harder than the others for some reason. The stones seemed spikier than normal, and I was forcing the smile to try to relax. I saw a man carrying two baguettes. He didn't say hello even though I bared my teeth at him .
Tuesday, steady pace treadmill. I'm quite enjoying the 8km/h / 7:30/km now. It feels like I could keep going for a long time. My heart rate is staying down nicely too.
Wednesday, the drill program I'm following said to speed up for the middle portion, so I tackled 9km/h. Quite hard, and a relief to get back to my comfort zone of 8km/h.
