sunday: 5 mile run, a few stops to look around, take pics, talk to the kids, who were biking while I ran. felt good.
afternoon: 4-5 mile leisurely hike at the local nature center. beautiful.
monday: lunch swim, evening weights
tuesday: 2.5 mi am, lunch swim, 1 mi bf on grass, then some intervals goofing off with my son while waiting for my daughter to get out of swim practice. squats, but not 300 of them. more like, 70 or so, while waiting for my girl.
wednesday: 2.5 mi am, beautiful dawn, lunch weights, evening swim
