Not a Bug Messaging System delivery delay of a month?

In a member to member conversation, i got an reply that supposedly was written on March 21st 2012 today on Apr. 18th 2012. url would be:

Berlin Besuch http://www.thebarefootrunners.org/conversations/berlin-besuch.41/unread

What happened, is there a way to debug that ?
