So my IT band started acting up about a week or two ago so I cut the running down to 0 as I couldn’t make it past 2mi without the pain setting in.
I’ve been rolling, stretching, and working on strength training for my core, hips, gluts, groin, quads…….ok I think core covers it…lol
I was looking into the best way to do some strength training and I was wondering if anyone has used P90X Yoga-X for this?
It seems like it would be great for flexibility and strength training at the same time. Anyho, just curious.
